Similar to #22 but for a more general use-case. Requires using either https://github.com/naturalatlas/mapbox-gl-native-node or https://github.com/maplibre/maplibre-gl-native (preferred)

In the context of Mapeo, this will be useful for report generation, which includes renderings of the maps.
