Highlights

A patch release: fixes for things that broke on a fresh setup, plus a Remotion bump.

If you deploy the Modal apps, two of them could fail on a first deploy. Both are fixed, and both need a redeploy to pick up.

• LTX-2 cloned its upstream repo unpinned. Upstream now needs torch 2.13 and the app installs 2.7, so a fresh deploy crashed on import and every call returned Modal HTTP 500 … upstream request timeout. The clone is now pinned. Apps deployed before August are unaffected until redeployed. (#94, thanks @nevesen)
• SoulX-FlashHead deployed before populate_weights ran crash-looped while the client hung until its timeout. It now returns a readable error naming the command to run, and picks the weights up without a redeploy. /setup and verify_setup.py now cover SoulX, and the GPU tier is a deploy-time setting: SOULX_GPU=L40S modal deploy … for 1280x720, which runs out of memory on the default A10G. Windows: tools and modal deploy no longer die with 'charmap' codec can't encode when output is piped or captured. (#91, thanks @randomdill1)

Remotion 4.0.518 → 4.0.529 across every template, example and the official skills. The render-baseline check showed identical frames before and after. (#92, #97)

Contributing: integrations that need a hosted third-party service now default to Community add-ons, with an issue-first route for anything proposed in-tree. See CONTRIBUTING.md. arkiv joins the add-ons list. (#99, #100)

Also: concept-explainer-short can take its narrator voice from a brand profile via voice.brand (#88), and /contribute no longer steers palette or voice changes into template forks (#89).

Note on the commit log below: the two DOCS: commits about CONTRIBUTING are one change. The second replaced the first's wording before either was released.
