Highlights

  • Synthetic UI demos are now a toolkit feature. The Stage and Cursor components that built the two v0.21.1 showcase videos now live in lib/components, so any project can import them. Stage is a browser window with camera zoom and pan keyframes. Cursor follows an eased keyframe path with click ripples. A new synthetic-ui-demo skill teaches the method: rebuild an app's screens as static React from its source, anchor a frame-based timeline to the voice lines, and measure click targets from stills. For product walkthroughs and release-notes videos, this replaces screen recording. (#122)
  • glitch and checkerboard no longer distort idle scenes. glitch sliced every scene next to it into 8 slightly mis-sized strips for the scene's whole length, not just during the transition, which left seams and clipped rows of text. After its transition, checkerboard drew the entering scene as 64 clipped copies. Both now pass idle scenes through untouched. Thanks to @IkeaSourPatches. (#125)
  • Remotion skills synced to 4.0.539. The markup and interactivity guides are reorganised, with a new Arabic text page and longer colour correction and video editing pages. (#126)
  • New Community add-on: CommentKeyword, which sets up the Instagram auto-DM behind a video's "Comment KEYWORD" call to action. (#129)
