v1.3.0 — cup scoreboard

The cup bracket is a scoreboard: match cards by round (final first), the next match outlined in brass, byes as a note on the player, the champion on top when complete. Each match is scored on its own full-screen sheet with rails toward the cup's race length (3/5/7, chosen when the cup is created); the same sheet fixes a score or voids a result. Migration 0022.
