🎯 DORA 4 Keys — Repository Level

Real delivery performance metrics computed from merged PRs and GitHub Releases (not just CI runs):

  • Deploy Frequency — from GitHub Releases (falls back to merged PRs)
  • Lead Time for Changes — first commit → PR merged
  • Change Failure Rate — hotfix/revert PRs as a fraction of total merges
  • Time to Restore (MTTR) — hotfix PR cycle time

📊 DORA Drill-Down Charts

Four charts that explain why the DORA numbers look the way they do:

  • PR Cycle Time Breakdown — proportional segmented bar: Time to Open → Pickup → Review → Merge
  • PR Size vs Velocity — scatter plot (lines changed vs hours to merge) with linear regression trend line
  • PR Throughput — 12-week bar chart of merged PRs per week
  • Workflow Stability — 30-day pass rate line chart with Elite (95%) and High (80%) reference lines

  • No breaking changes. No new environment variables required.
  • New API endpoints are cached for 5 minutes — no additional GitHub rate limit concerns.
