The manifest declares the DSH window it supports.engines.dsh is >=0.1.7-rc.2 <0.3.0-0, so the official compatibility rule reads one declared range instead of falling back to the @deepseek-ai/dsh* peer list, and a future 0.3 prerelease is not admitted silently.
Improvements
The browser half exports exactly the platform plugin triple.name, inject and apply are the only members on the entry; the renderer helpers the audit needs are reached through a test-only global instead of an __internals export, matching the official rule that a /client entry carries no implementation values.
Bug fixes
A missing declaration could have hidden a future DSH line. Without engines.dsh the compatibility check fell back to peer ranges; the explicit range now fails closed on the next minor line.
Compatibility
No change to tools, rows, config, results or the browser UI. Installing on 0.1.7-rc.2 through 0.2.x is unchanged; booting was verified on 0.2.1-rc.2, the runtime this tree pins.
