Reverted configurator-ng commit since it's unmaintained and it's hard to compile using the latest LTS.

TODO:

  • Use environment variables as alternative configuration to configurator file
  • Add sample script to load variables in memory

@Rembane @PierreR this is how I'm planning to get rid of custom configuration files and just use environment variables. Comments are welcome.
