• Household mode: open http://<projector>:8787/ on any phone, no QR scan or PIN needed (anyone on your Wi-Fi can use the remote)
• Seek ±10 s / ±30 s buttons that work in players ignoring the rewind/fast-forward keys (e.g. Stremio), via the media session
• Several phones can drive the pointer at once; two-finger touchpad scrolling now works
• Fixed the touchpad spamming 0,0 moves and vibrating after returning to the page
• Open links in the browser (TV Bro when installed) from the link box
• App installer: install APKs from a link, by phone upload, or via F-Droid/Aptoide search and a curated list; uninstall from the same card
• Optional room-lights card for Home Assistant scenes through a small LAN relay (tools/ha-relay); the HA token stays off the projector
• Cast home-screen tile for Miracast/AirPlay/DLNA; Miracast now replies before Wi-Fi drops
• Alignment works even when the vendor correction view is missing, and the grid opens before the camera

Validation: 37 Node tests passed; CGI/module shell syntax and Magisk ZIP integrity verified; household mode and the touchpad fix checked against the projector; seek reached Stremio's media session, but a real jump has not been confirmed yet.

• Lower RAM/CPU overhead: dormant QR WebView cleanup and lighter system monitoring
• Optional scoped Hermes projector agent; no ChatGPT feature in the web remote

Validation: 18 Node tests and 13 Python tests passed; CGI/module shell syntax, APK signing/alignment, picture-control bridge, native pointer builds, and Magisk ZIP integrity verified.
