 * THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") IS A LEGALLY BINDING INSTRUMENT
 * BETWEEN THE LICENSOR AND THE LICENSEE GOVERNING ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE
 * KNOWN AS Florida Automation, INCLUDING ALL SOURCE CODE, BINARIES, SCRIPTS, DATA,
 * DOCUMENTATION, AND RELATED MATERIALS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SOFTWARE").
 * BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, OR OTHERWISE INTERACTING WITH THE SOFTWARE, THE LICENSEE
 * ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS
 * AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
 * 
 * 1. Grant of Limited License:
 * The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
 * non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license solely to access, view, read, and
 * study the Software for educational, research, or informational purposes. NO OTHER
 * RIGHTS ARE GRANTED, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
 * 
 * 2. Prohibited Conduct:
 * The Licensee shall not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative
 * works, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, exploit commercially, remove or
 * alter proprietary notices, circumvent protections, or violate any applicable law.
 * 
 * 3. Intellectual Property:
 * All right, title, and interest in the Software remain solely with the Licensor.
 * No implied license, waiver, or right is granted. The Software contains proprietary
 * and confidential information.
 * 
 * 4. Confidentiality:
 * The Licensee shall maintain the Software and associated materials in strict
 * confidence and shall not disclose or disseminate any portion to any third party.
 * 
 * 5. Audit Rights:
 * The Licensor reserves the right to audit the Licensee’s use to ensure compliance
 * with this Agreement. The Licensee shall cooperate fully with any such audit.
 * 
 * 6. Indemnification:
 * The Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and its affiliates
 * from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from
 * breach or unauthorized use.
 * 
 * 7. Warranty Disclaimer:
 * THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS
 * ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
 * PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
 * 
 * 8. Limitation of Liability:
 * THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
 * PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA,
 * OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE.
 * 
 * 9. Termination:
 * This Agreement terminates immediately upon any breach. The Licensee must cease
 * all access, destroy all copies, and provide written confirmation of compliance.
 * 
 * 10. Liquidated Damages:
 * IF THE LICENSEE UNAUTHORIZEDLY COPIES, DISTRIBUTES, OR MISAPPROPRIATES ANY
 * PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE, THEY AGREE TO PAY $75 USD PER LINE OF CODE PER HIGH-
 * RANKING MEMBER (DEFINED AS FOUNDER, CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, OR
 * DESIGNATED HIGH-LEVEL ADMINISTRATOR). SUCH AMOUNTS CONSTITUTE REASONABLE
 * ESTIMATES OF DAMAGES AND ARE NOT PENALTIES.
 * 
 * 11. Assignment:
 * The Licensee may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations
 * without written consent. Any attempt is null and void.
 * 
 * 12. Export Control:
 * The Licensee shall comply with all applicable domestic and international export
 * control laws and regulations.
 * 
 * 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
 * This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
 * United States of America. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of
 * United States of America, and the Licensee consents to jurisdiction and venue therein.
 * 
 * 14. Injunctive Relief:
 * Any breach may cause irreparable harm. The Licensor may seek injunctive or
 * equitable relief without posting bond.
 * 
 * 15. Severability:
 * If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in
 * full force and effect.
 * 
 * 16. Entire Agreement:
 * This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
 * supersedes all prior agreements relating to the Software.
 * 
 * BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, OR INTERACTING WITH THIS SOFTWARE, THE LICENSEE
 * ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL TERMS, INCLUDING THE
 * LIQUIDATED DAMAGES CLAUSE IN SECTION 10.
