No, it's not possible, but you can use selects to do so.

Isn't it documentation issue that I raised here!?! https://discord.com/developers/docs/components/reference#string-select is unclear to me. Is this a static structure which is PUT onto https://discord.com/api/v10/applications/${appId}/commands? Or is it a dynamic follow-up response sent back to the user to choose from?

Components are sent as part of a message or interaction response payload, it's not part of the command interaction, but a separate approach altogether; that naming is consistent across the API and docs ¹. For commands themselves you cannot have multi selections, neither in choices nor in auto complete options.
