Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:

This PR marks everything deprecated as @deprecated to generate a more prominent warning in the documentation.


ClientUser#mfaEnabled is not user account only, on bots it reflects the mfa status of the owning user account.
This is useful to determine whether the bot can make use of its administrative permissions, if it has them, when the guild requires server-wide 2fa.


PermissionOverwrites#allow and #deny have been undeprecated. (Although the type changes in v12)

#allowed and #denied however have been deprecated.

Status

  • Code changes have been tested against the Discord API, or there are no code changes
  • I know how to update typings and have done so, or typings don't need updating

Semantic versioning classification:

  • This PR changes the library's interface (methods or parameters added)
    • This PR includes breaking changes (methods removed or renamed, parameters moved or removed)
  • This PR only includes non-code changes, like changes to documentation, README, etc.

My only concern is that userbot methods will be removed is too generic and doesn't state when. It just says it will. Maybe change them to userbot methods will be removed in the next major version.

This is redundant, it's implied that they would be removed in the next major version as removing them is a breaking change
