Release using the latest version (3.2.3) of the HARFANG framework.

First release of the application, Python and other executables are included.
How to launch your own server :
Open 2-start_server.bat
Open 3-start_client.bat
Open another client on the same machine / on another machine (make sure you reference the correct ip in main.py if you are connecting to an online server / other machine on the same network)
