• admin: Writes to values of list items and objects that their forms don't show, e.g. a price that onLoad() calculates, don't make the data dirty, as 4.1.0 described: only changes of fields that are saved are edits.
• server: Service.configure(config) is internal again: override initialize(), start() or stop() instead, which need no super.
• server: Services take an optional config as their third constructor argument, e.g. new MailService(app, 'mail', config) in tests, like storages.
• server: Storages set themselves up in an internal setup() again, and initialize() is an empty hook, so subclasses of the built-in storages don't need to call super.
