Behaviour changes

• admin: Disabled sections and panels disable the inputs and buttons inside them, also in nested sections, instead of only greying them out. Loading forms and views no longer grey out their components, the loading spinner shows it.
• admin: Clipboard data holds the labels of related records outside the copied data instead of their ids, e.g. author: { $label: 'Jane Austen' }, and pasting resolves them through the options of the fields. Labels that match no option or several paste null, or are left out of multiple values, and a notification lists them. clipboard.copy() and clipboard.paste() see the labels instead of the ids.
• admin: new DitoAdmin() warns about each unknown option, and its types reject them: options other than dito, api, views, login and spinner. admin.options is typed with login and spinner only.

New

• admin: search on multiselects turns on searching without searchable: true, which searchable: false still turns off. Other types warn about search when they're set up, as they ignore it.
• ui: DitoDateTimePicker supports show, update:show, placement and target, like DitoDatePicker and DitoTimePicker.

Deprecations

• admin: context.nested is internal: value is undefined when a context describes an item.
• admin: type: 'value' replaces type: 'computed', 'data' and 'hidden', which keep working until 5.0 with a deprecation warning, and ValueSchema replaces ComputedSchema, DataSchema and HiddenSchema, which stay as deprecated aliases.
