Behaviour changes

• admin: defineType() throws for unknown descriptor keys, naming the replacement of the keys of 3.x, e.g. excludeValue or processSchema, and for the names of built-in types unless the descriptor has override: true.

New

• admin: placeholder on selects, shown while no option is selected.
• admin: taggable: { label, value } on multiselects converts the typed text into the label and value of added options, and selects existing options with the converted value.

Fixes

• admin: Tree items show the prefix and suffix of labels returned by itemLabel().
• admin: Code fields with null values keep the form clean when they mount.
• admin: Rows with sections or inlined objects whose forms show labels align their other components with the labels.
