What's Changed

Refactor to use the Export API endpoints directly for all export formats. Previously, JSON i18n formats had their own implementation that could differ from the API's JSON export. Allows us to implement file generation in a single location (in the main app repo) and simply pass that through directly for all formats in the CLI.

Adds support for richText: html_paragraphs, which was added to the API as part of this standardization effort. The API updates constituted a breaking change. Any customers that previously used richText: html for any file format besides json must upgrade to this version and change to html_paragraphs in order to continue receiving the same style of html output.
