Exact native/dependency source revisions for Magick.NET 15.0.0 Windows x64

Hello,

We are preparing to redistribute the unmodified Windows x64 native DLL from Magick.NET-Q16-HDRI-AnyCPU 15.0.0 in a Windows desktop application. We retain the complete upstream Notice.txt.

The Windows binary includes Pango/Cairo/librsvg delegate names and GLib implementation references.
To prepare the correct source/rebuild materials for its third-party components, could you point us to:

1. The exact Magick.Native, ImageMagick and dependency repository revisions used for this native artifact.
2. The Windows build configuration and any patches for those dependency sources.
3. The supported instructions/materials for rebuilding this DLL with modifications to the included LGPL/MPL components.
4. Any release-specific source distribution already provided for this artifact.

We are asking for technical provenance and rebuild materials, rather than a general statement that the managed wrapper is Apache-2.0. We do not intend to modify the image engine as part of this packaging review.
