The 2.2.0 release notes left out 26 changes that are in 2.2.0. They are now listed in the 2.2.0 section — read its Breaking section if you skipped it.

Fixed

• Format lists name every format - -h, the -f help and unknown-format errors lumped cri, apache-error, glog, haproxy, iso8601-level, log4j, nginx-error, postgres, python-logging, redis and s3 together as "built-in application-log formats". They are now named one by one, and each has its own entry in --help-formats and the format reference.
• Documentation - The CLI reference page links each option, and several guide pages are clarified (estimated Uniq counts, when summaries print as a table or TSV, how to get numbers from parsed strings).
