Added

  • Lane ready frontier behind OMK_LANE_READY_QUEUE=1 (default off). A lane starts as soon as its dependencies finish, up to the lane-width limit. Frontier counts are logged to subagent-lane-frontier.jsonl (#212).
  • Lane failure scope behind OMK_LANE_FAILURE_SCOPE=1 (default off). A lane that fails without writing anything blocks only its descendants. Adds allLanesCompleted (#208).
  • The edit tool records which match stage succeeded, or why matching failed, in the run log. This only observes; edit behavior is unchanged. Subagent workers inherit the parent session id through OMK_RUN_LOG_PARENT_SESSION (#235).
  • Session skill admission behind OMK_SKILL_ADMISSION (1, true or on; default off). A session admits at most 10 unique skill bodies, and the count survives resume and compaction. It covers explicit, steer and follow-up skill loads, SKILL.md reads through the read tool, and skills handed to workers; workers start with --no-skills and get only admitted skills (#209, #210). Not gated yet: reading SKILL.md through bash, and SKILL.md reads inside a worker.
  • Evidence lifecycle observe-only mode behind OMK_EVIDENCE_LIFECYCLE=observe (default off). It reports what would be deleted and deletes nothing; the trace stores only hashes and counts (#211).

With all four flags off, behavior is the same as 1.5.5.

Fixed

  • The required-tools contract listener no longer leaks or fires twice on dispose and re-install (#204).
  • npm run check exits 0 again (#206).
  • Bash output now reports truncated: true when leading chunks were dropped; before, it could say truncated: false after losing the start of the output (#224).
  • Diagnostics after edit and write no longer return stale cached results, and file paths are matched exactly (#226).
  • A flaky evidence-lifecycle two-session test is stable again (#222).

Changed

  • Design specs added, not implemented: 107 edit diagnostics (#225), 108-1 pi dependency inventory with a regeneration check script (#229), 109 single-binary distribution (#228), 110 ATIF trajectory export (#231), 111 finish-confirm gate (#230), 112 JSON session info (#234).
  • The trademark notice moved out of LICENSE, so GitHub detects the MIT license. AdaptOrch logo files moved to readmeasset/adaptorch/ with a NOTICE saying they are not MIT-licensed (#205).
