Probably. I'v just moved existing one.

I spend some time to read about html emails and what tags to use in header and document section.
It seems more simple - better.
In my html.tpl for example I'm using document type transitional. I'l consider even removing document type specification, and just simple html open/close tag.

For style tag also I'm not sure what is better. Discussion can be useful.
