Just move the zip files into the following directory (without unzipping):
%UserProfile%\Documents\Visual Studio 2019\Templates\ProjectTemplates
For the time being, we are currently only providing project templates for Visual Studio IDE.
In near future we will add project templates for Rider IDE and as well as dotnet new.
