This PR adds two new presets for merging DeepVariant gVCFs:
DeepVariantWGSandDeepVariantWES. I made the oldDeepVariantpreset basically an alias ofDeepVariantWGSfor backwards compatibility, for users who were already using the experimental version (please let me know if there's a way of programmatically set this as an alias instead of copying the config).Please take a look. Thank you!
