Your agents are no longer stopped by what they read.

• A run that read outside text is labelled, not locked. Board, memory and notes work as normal. Strict keeps the old locks.
• Running a program never marks a run. Agent chains run like your own runs.
• Web access no longer asks after a GitHub read, except in Strict.
• New setting: Never mark (Settings, Gates, Outside text).
• Settings, About shows one line after a good update. The GitHub area says each agent needs its own write access.
