Shape v0.83.1

• shape install-app keeps the Mac app. With Shape.app from Shape.dmg in Applications, shape install-app (from Homebrew, say) no longer replaces it with the older script copy: it lets the app open your boards. shape install-app --remove only removes that script copy; to remove the app, move it to the Bin.
