Added

  • Install scripts for macOS/Linux (install.sh) and Windows (install.ps1): download the right prebuilt binary, verify its checksum, and put it on your PATH. Re-running is a no-op when that version is already installed
  • docanvil update checks GitHub for a newer release and upgrades in place (--check, --yes, --version)
  • docanvil serve shows a one-line notice when a new release is out (checked at most daily, never in CI; opt out with DOCANVIL_NO_UPDATE_CHECK=1)
  • Prebuilt binaries for Linux x86_64 and ARM64 (both static musl, so they run on any distro, including Alpine) and Intel Macs
  • Releases now include a SHA256SUMS file
