This PR addresses #328 for running InfraKit binaries in Docker containers:
Dockerfile.buildback intodockerfiles/(moved and hence broken Makefile target from PR Move sources to a top-level pkg/ directory #299)It doesn't provide an actual release of the containers. This will be done separately with a tag that corresponds to the current release / tag at v0.1.0.
