In certain esoteric uses, I was seeing
ERRO[0002] failure getting variant error="getCPUInfo for pattern: Cpu architecture: not found"from containerd's architecture detection code, and tracked it down tocontainerd.Newinvokingplatforms.Defaultbecause we didn't pass one, but we do have an appropriate one, so this updates the code to pass it down appropriately.
