Tox now uses the development client lib in the local repo instead
if using setup.py to install it into every environment. Also
added deps that points to requiremnts.txt so tox installs the needed
dependencies

How to run a setup.py ..? I ran it throws the below error. Please help me to resolve this...

usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...]
or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...]
or: setup.py --help-commands
or: setup.py cmd --help

error: no commands supplied
