Focus: consumer projects render again under docsector dev, docsector serve works, and engine labels never fall back to raw keys.

Changes

• 🛠️ Fixed empty pages under docsector dev in consumer projects: the router imported through Quasar's app/node_modules/… alias was pre-bundled by Vite with a private copy of the lazy page-sources registry, so no page markdown was ever loaded. Those specifiers now stay out of the dependency optimizer.
• 🛠️ Fixed docsector serve: it no longer asks the app bin for a "serve" app extension. It refuses to run without a build, serves dist/spa through @quasar/cli bound to every interface (so http://localhost:<port> answers even when $HOSTNAME resolves elsewhere) or through a built-in dependency-free static server, and answers --help.
• 🌐 Engine UI strings are merged from the package's own language files: a consumer language file that predates a block (for example the Stepper's Continue/Back/Finish) no longer renders raw i18n keys.
• 🎨 Cards blocks keep a bottom margin, so a following heading or paragraph never sits on the grid.
• 🎨 Source-code blocks show the file name at the left of the toolbar, with the language and the copy button at the right.
• ✅ Specs added for the optimizer exclusions, the serve command and the merged engine defaults.
