Focus: a "Was this helpful?" page feedback widget replaces the footer translation stat.

Changes

• ✨ Added opt-in page feedback (feedback: { enabled: true }): a footer prompt with three faces (helpful, somewhat helpful, not helpful). Readers can vote, change their vote or cancel it; the vote is remembered per page, locale and docs version.
• ☁️ Added a build-generated Cloudflare Pages Function (functions/feedback.js) that validates each vote (same-origin, JSON only, 1 KB cap, known locales and versions) and records it in a Workers Analytics Engine dataset. Changed or cancelled votes are written as compensating points, so SQL sums stay exact.
• 🧹 Removed the footer translation chips (progress and available locales) together with the build-baked header count that only fed them — those are authoring metrics.
• 🛠️ _routes.json merging is now a tested helper, and /feedback is routed and bypassed by the runtime middleware.
• 📚 New manual page, Page Feedback (en-US and pt-BR): setup, the Analytics Engine binding, SQL recipes, the data point schema and the endpoint reference. The Page Footer page, README and agent-skill references were updated.
• ✅ Validated with 506 passing tests, including a client ↔ endpoint agreement suite, a rendered-endpoint import test and composable specs mounted through a custom Vue renderer.
