Focus: fix a five-second wait on the first navigation below 1024px, plus small menu, table and header refinements.

Changes

• 🛠️ Fixed the first navigation after a reload waiting five seconds on screens narrower than 1024px (a 4.28.1 regression). There the drawer re-renders the sidebar menu on the client, so there is no server markup left to hydrate; the navigation now goes on at once.
• 🛠️ Fixed tables inside hints (> [!NOTE]) and list items overflowing their box on narrow screens: they now scroll sideways inside it, like top-level tables.
• 🛠️ Fixed the column alignment of Markdown tables (:---, :---:, ---:), which was ignored.
• ➡️ A sidebar shortcut (link.to) that lands in another book now shows an arrow after its label.
• 🏷️ The header brand is aligned to the left at every width.
• 📚 Updated the tables, navigation menu and pages-and-routing docs in both locales.
• ✅ Validated with the unit suite, mutation checks and SSR fixture builds in a headless browser at 390, 900 and 1440px.
