Focus: Header links polish — a cleaner centered bar and a clearer group title in the menus.
Changes
- 🎨 The centered header links no longer show the open-in-new icon; the dropdown and arrow menus keep it, and screen readers still announce the new tab
- 🧱 The centered header links now carry the same tile shadow and weight as the other header buttons
- 🏷️ A group title in the header links menu reads as a section heading — small uppercase muted text, set apart by a rule and aligned with the rows' icon and label columns (its styles were never applied before)
- 📐 The header nav width estimate no longer reserves room for the new-tab icon
- 📚 Updated the Header Links manual page (en-US and pt-BR)
- ✅ Pinned the compiled header CSS and templates; checked headless from 390px to 1920px in both themes
