⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• Contract::load now reads the contract's file inputs and overlays (they were ignored), so a contract with a required file fails without it; the environment-only build rejects such contracts. Go durations accept a sign ("-5s", "+5s"), ".5s" and "1.s"; ISO 8601 durations accept fractions on every component. Integers take a leading "+". A tls.crt or ca.crt with no PEM certificate is file_malformed (was certificate_invalid), and a CA bundle certificate that does not parse is certificate_invalid (was file_malformed). A string profile selector set to "" now selects the "" profile instead of the default. A required deprecated input, or a blank or over-long deprecated message, is a DeclarationError. VarType has a new KeySet value.
