Making it so! Initial release of @dokieli/notifications - a W3C Linked Data Notifications (LDN) sender and consumer. Source code derived and extended from https://git.dokie.li/ .

Features

  • Inbox discovery from Link headers and RDF body relations (ldp:inbox, as:inbox).
  • Send notifications with Accept-Post content negotiation via OPTIONS, from a notification model or a pre-serialized body.
  • Consume inboxes and notifications, including paged ActivityStreams collections, with tolerant parsing of common JSON-LD shapes (@graph, split subjects, language maps).
  • ActivityStreams 2.0 notification data model with JSON-LD and HTML+RDFa serialization.
  • Authentication left to a caller-supplied fetch; injectable JSON-LD parser (with declared media types) for reading Turtle, RDFa, and other RDF serializations.
