Dr. Dahlquist would be the authority here, but I think for starters you'll be fine with anything off a fairly authoritative source. The Wikipedia definition doesn't sound like a bad start actually; we can tweak later as needed—“A gene regulatory network (GRN) is a collection of DNA segments in a cell which interact with each other indirectly and with other substances in the cell, thereby governing the expression levels of mRNA and proteins.” |
I created a rough draft of the abstract in the wiki. I couldn't find any other abstracts regarding software applications on the research symposium website, so I wasn't entirely sure what to include. |
Hi, The wikipedia definition is not quite right I've edited the abstract in place on the wiki I put GRNSight in the title, fixed Dondi's name, I think you need to now add a few sentences on Best, At 03:21 AM 2/10/2014, you wrote:
