You can see the tag AndroidAap2LinkExtraArgs must be AndroidAapt2LinkExtraArgs

This is neccesary to this rule to work.

Should I made a PR, or you're OK fixing it by yourselves?

[Xamarin.Android.Build.Tasks] Fix typo for AndroidAapt2LinkExtraArgs

Fixes dotnet#2218

There was a typo in the property group definition for
`AndroidAapt2LinkExtraArgs`. It was `AndroidAap2LinkExtraArgs`.
As a result the extra args would never be picked up.

Fixes #2218

There was a typo in the property group definition for
