K Manager not recognized in Visual Studio 2015 on Windows 8.1

How to duplicate this issue. I am using Windows 8.1. I created a default MVC6 application on Visual Studio 2015 preview as shown below.

I open Package Manager Console and I type 'k ef' or 'k ef migration add InitialCreate'. I then experience the error.

I then noted the following.

You have to change the directory to where project.json is located.
