StreamRendering(true) isn't working w/default Blazor Web App template #49283

Describe the bug
Having the latest .NET 8 (Preview 5), updated latest VS Preview, and choosing Blazor Web App template, and run without debugging with no changes to the template, and going to /showdata page, it doesn't display Loading... and nothing shows up(white blank page), just browser-loading spinner on chrome tab for a second (the await Task.Delay(1000)).
Expected Behavior
I expect the attribute StreamRendering(true) to be able to render the HTML immediately, and not have to wait for the data (here the task.delay) to load.

- Choose template "Blazor Web App"
- CTRL + F5
- Click on navigation "Fetch data" - also here it takes 1 second to even load the html
