Assert - Type Too Big to log for ETW

It is firing for Ubuntu Checked R2R test run - and passes for release likely because Asserts dont compile for that build.

This looks like something we should investigate, as the assert is saying that the name of the type is greater than 64k characters long... However it's a recursive generic test so maybe there really is a type name that long.

For 1.1 though, this issue will not cause any incorrect behavior in retail code...the assert is followed up by a return out to do nothing. We'll take a look soon to stop the assert from causing issues in test passes, but since there's no issue here for RTM we'll punt the issue to later.

I don't see anything in this test that is logging to ETW, but if that's what's happening, I am not surprised that it would hit the ETW event size limit of 64KB since the generic type has 10,000 generic type arguments. This is simply a limitation of ETW, so the test may need to be disabled on checked builds or ETW logging disabled.

I can't get a repro of this and since this has been like this for 3 releases and the previous analysis doesn't seem to point to anything serious, punting.
