- this test was recently added to the list of tests to not run on Non-Windows, but wasn't also added to issues.targets. It fails on non-Windows looking for kernel32.dll (i.e. it definitely shouldn't be run on non-Windows)

CC @gkhanna79 this is the test that wasn't showing logs in Mission Control - still not sure why that is

However, I can download and read testresults.xml from Azure for this test's Xunit wrapper, and there are indeed logs for this individual test - I've hosted those logs here:

Any idea why the logs aren't viewable in Mission Control?

I just spoke with Chad, he has filed https://github.com/dotnet/core-eng/issues/688 to track the issue
