[BUG]: minimal permissions not displayed when closing the proxy

Description

When you close the proxy, the process is terminated before displaying the information about minimal permissions for intercepted requests

Expected behaviour

Proxy shows information about minimal permissions for the intercepted requests and terminates

Actual behaviour

Proxy closes before showing minimal permissions information

Steps to reproduce

• enable minimal permissions plugin
• start proxy with recording
• execute a Graph request
• close proxy
