- Adds MockRequestPlugin for issuing web requests using Dev Proxy
- Adds GraphConnectorNotificationPlugin for simulating the Teams Admin Center Graph connector notification
- Renamed the MockResponses namespace to Mocks to accommodate mock requests
- Extends Dev Proxy runtime with a new plugin event for issuing web requests
- Introduces new hotkey (w) for triggering issuing web requests
- Extends Dev Proxy context with the proxy root certificate
