At time of writing the only information on ObjectPool.Get is Gets an object from the pool if one is available, otherwise creates one.

What if one isn't available?
Does it block?

If an object isn't available, the default approach is to allocate a new one and return it immediately. You can implement your own pool and choose to block/wait until an object is added back to the pool (e.g. if you have some limited resource like DB connections).
