The remarks section seems like it may be missing a word:

You can apply this attribute to assemblies, although the Tlbimp.exe (Type Library Importer) typically applies it for you when it a type library.

Specifically, "when it a type library" is missing a verb and so it is unclear what the remark is attempting to convey.
