Extended F# syntax colorization and color settings are missing.
@vasily-kirichenko says of VisualFSharpPowerTools:
This project is not actively maintained anymore, everything has been ported to Visual F# Tools and is available in VS 2017.

Severe, must fix, blocking. because I hate looking at code that looks like it's from notepad. 😃 - Likely cause
Possibly due to underpaid, understaffed, F# team developers under the direction of overly demanding devdiv 'ship it now' PMs at Microsoft.
