ResourceDictionary.ThemeDictionary appears to be missing in WPF core

I just add a few bits to this issue for us all:
ResourceDictionary.ThemeDictionary was never in WPF. It is not only missing in .NET Core, it is also missing in .NET Framework, and it was never there. :-) ResourceDictionary.ThemeDictionary is UWP-specific, the docs are here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.ui.xaml.resourcedictionary.themedictionaries. So, this issue requests a brand new feature for WPF.

I think ResourceDictionary.ThemeDictionary will be part of the new WinUI, as that one is based on today's UWP (@marb2000 might be able to confirm this). The WinUI repo is here: https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml. In the future it should be pretty straight forward to add WinUI to your WPF app. Take a look at the roadmap in the WinUI repo and replace Win32 with WPF: https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml/blob/master/docs/roadmap.md
