Config, source and result with wrong xhtml

If I use msc in my source, and set format to xhtml and svg, then doxygen generates wrong xhtml files.

Settings:
HTML_FILE_EXTENSION = .xhtml
DOT_IMAGE_FORMAT = svg
INTERACTIVE_SVG = YES

Result:

Tested with doxygen 1.7.6 and 1.7.5.1 in German WinXPpro SP3.
