Download the latest release, extract and rename the directory to metro. Move the directory inside your sublime /Packages directory. (Preferences > Browse packages...)
Open command palette via Tools > Command Palette (or cmd/ctrl + shift + p) and type UI: select color scheme and select metro.
For best results, I personally pair this color scheme with the default adaptive sublime text theme.
Seperate colours for tags, classes and IDs.
