Otto v0.9.33

0.9.33 - 2026-10-14

Fixed

• Deliver a child chat's results to its orchestrator using the Default send setting instead of always queueing them
• Steer a busy orchestrator with Workflow run notifications and orchestration hand-backs under the default Steer setting
• Keep Hey Otto listening when the composer changes while voice mode is active
• Stop a stale voice listener from shutting down the microphone session that replaced it

Internal

• Gate releases on CI's typecheck, lint, and format jobs instead of rebuilding every package locally
• Refresh ACP provider catalog version pins
