[BUG] Improve i18n support for area deletion message

The area deletion message uses a fixed placeholder format that is not fully compatible with i18n, making translations incorrect.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add area
2. Delete the area
3. Open the timeline
4. See error
